The candidate’s documents (ID, resume, portfolio) are physically inspected and checked for consistency and plausibility. Findings are recorded in a formal Identity Attestation Certificate.
Risk Assessment
A confidential qualitative assessment covering document credibility, behavioural indicators, narrative coherence, and material risk flags, delivered as a Risk Assessment Memorandum.
Insider Risk Interviews
Structured in-person interviews assessing insider risk indicators (behavioural risk factors, organisational loyalty, external affiliations, susceptibility to compromise) for employees, contractors, and advisory board members. Findings delivered in a confidential Insider Risk Interview Report.
